How Do I Check The Status Of An Order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.
How Fast Is The Shipping & Fulfillment?
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday (Business Days). If you order before 11:00 Monday-Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If you order after 11:00, your order will be dispatched next business day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched the next business day (usually Monday, unless this is a national holiday).
You will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been shipped, please use this tracking code to check your order status.
Please be aware that some products will come separately to each other due to stock being held in different locations.
We aim to delivery all USA orders in 2-7 business days. International orders will take longer.
How Much Is The Shipping?
USA delivery: $8.95 for all deliveries under $80. Free shipping is offered for orders over $80.
Flight Fuel Coffee will occasionally offer shipping promotions. These promotions can change without notice.
International Shipping Rates (Canada) dependent on weight:
0lb - 1.3lb | $20 USD
1.31lb - 1.9lb | $27 USD
1.91lb - 2.8lb | $34 USD
Over 2.81lb | $40 USD
Do You Ship Internationally?
Flight Fuel Coffee only ships to the United States of America and Canada at this time! Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we come to your city.
What If My Order Is Lost In The Mail?
For packages lost in transit, all lost in mail claims must be submitted to us no later than 7 Calendar Days after the estimated delivery date.
We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will NOT take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Flight Fuel Coffee are not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, delays caused by workforce strikes, nor any other extra fees, or charges related to your shipment.
My Order Shows It's Been Returned To Sender, What Is Going On?!
If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
