How to make a hot hazelnut latte:
Board your flight
Step 1: 1 shot of espresso
If you have Flight Fuel whole bean hazelnut coffee blend, simply begin by grinding the beans until they are perfectly smooth.
If you are using ground then you can go ahead by filling the espresso basket, aim for 0.5 - 0.6oz in a double basket or follow your machine’s instructions.
If you have a home espresso machine, set it to automatic mode. Start the shot by inserting the loaded portafilter into the machine, the optimal shot should last between 25 and 30 seconds.
Taxi to runway
Step 2: Steam your milk
If you have a coffee machine, make steamed milk in a jug.
If you don’t have a coffee machine - heat milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat or use a microwave-safe coffee mug.
Prepare for takeoff
Step 3: Pour!
